ADAC Activities:

  • General Meeting with election of board members
  • Establish ADAC regional chapters to promote local ownership of the Association.
  • Sponsor national days and Africa-Caribbean Week to promote awareness of Africa and the Caribbean in Canada.
  • Build Data Bank of African Canadian Talent and groups that have similar interests with ADAC.
  • Form partnerships to build capacity and facilitate integration of our members into their respective communities.
  • Provide leadership development opportunities through an internship program.
  • Develop, through fund raising, an investment fund for purposes of leveraging and participating in fund matching programs in support of initiatives and projects that benefit African communities in Africa and Canada.
  • Launch pilot projects in select African countries to encourage African Diaspora participation in socio-economic development of Africa and the Caribbean.
